Information you choose to share
When you submit a custom-order inquiry, Sugar Spell may collect your name, email, phone number, event date and type, guest count, treat preferences, design ideas, budget range, fulfillment preference, additional details, and any optional inspiration file you upload.
How information is used
Your information is used to review your request, discuss availability and pricing, prepare your order details, communicate with you, prevent abuse, and operate the inquiry process. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or confirm an order.
Service providers
This website is hosted through Vercel. Inquiry details are stored in a dedicated Sugar Spell Supabase project, and optional inspiration files are kept in private storage. Cloudflare Turnstile may process limited technical information to prevent spam. If transactional email is configured, Resend may process the information needed to send inquiry notifications and acknowledgements.
Security and access
Inquiry records are not publicly readable. Server-only credentials are used for storage access, and customer-uploaded inspiration files are not made public automatically. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but the website is designed to limit access to the information required for the ordering process.
Retention and requests
Sugar Spell may keep inquiry information as long as reasonably needed for customer service, order records, fraud prevention, and legal or operational needs. To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, email shopsugarspell@gmail.com.
