Pricing & Order Policy
Menu prices shown reflect Sugar Spell’s current everyday pricing and apply to standard new orders unless otherwise stated.
Custom orders, custom cakes, bulk/large orders, catering, dessert tables, special-event orders, specialty designs and individually packaged orders may be quoted separately based on quantity, ingredients, customization, packaging, labor, delivery, setup and other order requirements.
Previously quoted or confirmed orders will remain at the price agreed upon when the order was accepted, even if Sugar Spell’s everyday menu pricing changes afterward. New pricing does not apply retroactively to previously quoted or confirmed orders.
Prices and product availability are subject to change.
An order is not considered confirmed until Sugar Spell accepts the order and any required deposit has been received.
Custom and large orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the order/date. The remaining balance and due date will be provided when the order is confirmed.
Delivery, local meets, setup, specialty packaging, rush orders and other additional services may have additional fees. Any applicable fees will be provided before the order is confirmed.
Standard Menu Orders
Choose priced products, packs, flavors, quantities, a desired date, and an available fulfillment option. The website shows the itemized subtotal, configured delivery fee, tax, and exact total before sending you to Square’s secure hosted checkout for full payment.
Custom Quote Requests
Share the event and design details first. A custom form submission is a quote request—not a booking or payment. Sugar Spell confirms availability and prepares the final price before sending a Square Invoice.
50% Custom Deposit
An accepted custom quote requires a 50% non-refundable deposit through the Square Invoice. The custom date is booked only after Square confirms that deposit to Sugar Spell.
Payment Confirmation
Opening checkout, receiving an invoice, or returning to shopsugarspell.com does not count as payment. Sugar Spell updates the order only after a signed Square payment notice confirms a completed full payment or deposit.
Remaining Balance
After a custom deposit is paid, the Square Invoice and Sugar Spell quote page show the remaining 50% balance and its due date. The order becomes Paid in Full after Square confirms the balance payment.
Quote Expiration
Every prepared custom quote has a displayed expiration date. If the deposit is not paid before the quote expires, the invoice may be canceled and Sugar Spell may need to confirm availability and prepare a new quote.
Pickup & Delivery
Available pickup or local-delivery choices and any configured delivery fee appear before standard checkout. Custom-order fulfillment is confirmed with the quote. A requested date or delivery address is not guaranteed until the related payment is confirmed.
Customization
Custom flavors, colors, themes, designs, packaging, and treat combinations may be available. Final pricing depends on the approved details recorded in the custom quote.
